Taking a poll.....

Just wondering what everyone's choices are....

1. What kind of vitamins are you taking?

2. What's your favorite protein supplement?

3. What's your go-to protein-rich snack?

Thanks!

1. I take a chewable gummy multi  and chewable iron in the morning.  At night I take my Calcium Citrate with Magnesium and D (helps you slepp well taken before bed)

2.  The best protein drink I have found is at Costco and it's Premium Nutrition shakes.  High protein (30g in 11 oz.)  and low sugar and fat and no aspartame.  Choc. and vanilla.  Also loaded with vitamins.

3. It's still early for me so haven't done anything above shakes for my protein.

Good luck!

1. Celebrate Bariatric Vitamins - I take the tablets. Also Building Blocks chewable Black Raspberry iron and NOW powdered Calcium Citrate.

2. I'm all about the chocolate. Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein ($14.98 at Walmart) is great.

3. Cheese, cheese crisps, Power Pack protein pudding, hard boiled eggs. I also do Power PB high protein peanut butter or almonds in VERY small serving sizes (about 1/4 serving size).

Don't remember the name of the multi but it is a honking big one loaded up with everything.  Got it at the health food store.  Also got D3. calcium, B12, and Co-Q10 there.

I LOVE the EAS (low carb) rich dark chocolate.  Also, the GNC dutch chocolate RTD.  Otherwise I use unflavored powder in Crystal Light

Right now it is string cheese but I am ont he hunt for some good turkey jerky.
