You just didn't read the forums long enough.  I knew it was common!  In fact, I was hoping I would get cold because I've been a sweat factory for years.

And, yes, I get much colder now.  I had to add a blanket to my side of the bed, and I am thrilled to be able to wear sweaters!

Welcome to my world.  You will stay cold until your weight stabilizes.   And even then, you just might stay cold permanently.  I deeply apologize for forgetting to prepare you for this.  :)

Hey, if that means I won't sweat the minute I walk into a heated building during the winter because I didn't get my coat off fast enough - I'll take it. Your post reminded me of the time I was trying on clothes in a high end department and I had to stop because I was sweating so bad and I was so embarrassed! I'll try cold for a change.

I welcome this! I travel a lot to very hot places and just about die now. So getting some personal air conditionning into my body is going to be great.

Jason, if you are cold, get up and move around and get that blood circulating. Not only will you warm up, but you'll be getting some exercise too.

This is one of the good problems to have once you've dropped the weight. And you can always add layers but you can't run around naked.

Always the best wishes, Sue

Just bought: Two new winter hats, three pairs of gloves, and a pair of shearling Emu boots. Have about 10 sweaters and 10 sweatshirts and a new down coat. I keep a blanket next to me on the couch and use it almost 100% of the time!! Yeah, I'm freezing CONSTANTLY. LOL. Fun stuff, eh?

THIS!  I'm freezing all the time now too.  I already live in a cold climate.  Ugh.

Yeah, I asked for a twin electric blanket for Christmas - for my side of the bed. Can't turn the heat up any more, hubby already sleeps without even a sheet on.

On the up side - I could never wear sweaters and jackets before because I was always hot. Finding some cool ones at consignment shops and thrift stores so being cold has made me a much snappier dresser.
