Thanks great chana!! yeah my doctor wants me to be at 145lbs but I have been at 168 for like 3 weeks now,my loss has been alot slower these days its been a year since surgery so the slow down is expected...but to fit in a size 8 is a dream to me!!! im gonna try some zumba though.
