How do I change my ticker?

 I would like to add info to my ticker above or below it showing starting weight, number of pounds lost on pre-op diet, surgical weight, etc. but don't know how.  Can somebody please take the time to tell me?  I know this isn't urgent but I would like to keep track of it and I am very interested in others progress and always read their "story".  Thanks!
