Just wanted to share i am officially down 60 lbs... yeah... scale was 224 this afternoon.. feeling great and with all my ups and downs I must be doing something right... Thanks to all that listen and post to my posts... Have a great night.
Congratulations to you! That's so awesome, 60 lbs in less than 5 months. You must feel so awesome! I'm still pre-op but I see we have the same surgeon. Do you go to any of the support groups? Keep up the great work!!!
