Stepping Out of my Comfort Zone - Before Pics Posted

Okay, as a step in preparing for my surgery on Thursday I just posted my before pics to my profile in the Before album. I am hoping this will be a motivator for me to do well after my surgery and stick to my diet plan. I can't believe I posted a pic of myself online. It has been over 5 years since I have done that due to my weight gain.

Not sure why you are so embarrassed...have you seen the before and after pics on the home page? You aren't that big or blubbery.  Best wishes with your surgery!

I totally understand...always hated having my picture taken and never thought I'd voluntarily put my own pic on the internet. But once I started losing, and my self-esteem was improved, I did! You'll be much thinner in no time! Good luck!
