The long and short of it, IMO, is to eat a balanced diet...working on your protein first but including good carbs, fruits, veggies, etc. There is a bad side to ketosis - unfortunately, it's all too often forgotten about. I eat carbs everyday...I do, however, watch what and how much I eat...and, even with those carbs, I've managed to lose nearly 100lbs in 7 months.
I would ask you to also keep in mind accelerating your loss for what?? Eventually, you're going to add those carbs in again...100/day is healthy. But, once you do, then what? I only ask becuse I've done it. Years ago, using Atkins, I managed a fast loss by keeping my carbs that low. I became very ill and, gained it all back (and then some) when I started adding those carbs back in.
To each their own - I would simply state to be very careful and consider a well balanced diet instead. Good luck!
