i am now under 300lbs. that is an awesome feat. haven't weighed less than 300 in years. i am also only 2lbs from losing 100lbs from my highest weight. and all in 6 months.
this is the best decision i have ever made for myself. if you are thinking about it, you won't regret it.

Well done! Isn't it a great feeling to finally see the number 2 come up on the scale after so many years... I recently hit that landmark too and it really made me smile!
