how to add the tracker thingy to my posts

I don't know how to add the weight tracker thingy to my posts.

Today is one week since my surgery and I am down 17 lbs. I like to see this on my tracker, it reminds me that I am getting somewhere...

You can click on my ticker - it will take you to a link and you can create one. To add it to your post - copy the coding - come back here and go to My OH, Message Board and then paste the code into the signature and save. You will have to redo each loss...

Try the tools tection of OH then the tickers and widgets section. Be sure that you click the boxes allowing your signature and posts. if this doesn't work let me know.
