yummy protein powder but high in calories

I am about to be 8 months post op and just couldnt stomach any protein shake/powder, i finally found a yummy one that is 26gm protein for 1scoop, but it is 280 calories a scoop, but i have really good restriction though and dont eat much....

What is the protein powder you tried that is so tasty?

I have the same kind and it is pretty tasty.  However I am pretty sure that the nutrition facts are for 2 scoops.  You might want to check that!! I know I am going to when I get home.. lol

If it's the Vanilla Body Fortress from Walmart...it's 26g protein for one scoop at 140 calories. 2 scoops for 52g at 270 calories.

Yup, I have the same one at home. The calories are for 2 scoops (56 grams). Just stick with one scoop, and you're fine! 

oops, ya I only use 1 scoop, so its 140 calories, when I make it I use 4oz water, 1 scoop protein (i have chocolate flavor) 1 tablesppon of peanutbutter(my guilty pleasure) and Ice....I cant use milk in my shakes cause my tummy doesnt like it.

I may have to try this stuff.  I was always put off by the size of the container but the price really isn't that much more than the Meijer brand that I get.  And it's $10 for only one pound.  Would be nice for more flavor variety too.  Meijer only comes in chocolate and vanilla.
