This is a kinda Korean BBQ.....

Grilled Teriyaki Short Rib Meat..... On a bed of Butter Lettuce......with Kim Chee......

Each Piece of meat is about 1oz. before cooking.....

Tasty !!!

Thumbs up on that comment! I decided way back when that if its not quantity that I'm eating then its going to be quality! I buy more expensive cuts of meat or fish and serve up on fancy little plates! I even bought some cool little ****tail type forks that make it so I cannot inhale my food...I take little bites, eat slow and enjoy!
