Stir Fry is such an "Adjustable" di**** can be made so easy and fast.

Pictured here is chicken for the protein...beef, pork or fish works great also....seasoned with garlic, pepper, a little soy sauce and woked in a little Smart Balance Oil.

As a dip I like Colman's Hot Yellow Mustard mixed with Soy Sauce.... Wasabi is also good!

You can swing your stir fry in any ethnic direction.

Base- Salt, pepper garlic.

- Asian..... add soy sauce and/or chili oil, sesame oil, hoisin.

- Italian..... add marinara and/or pesto

- Mexican....add taco sauce/seasoning and/or salsa.

- Indian.....add tandori seasoning and/or curry powder.

Looks great!  Another beautiful photo, too.
Thanks for the variations. I do stir fry 3-4 times a week but always
with soy sauce. I usually only change up the protein. This opens up a whole new variety for me.

I've never had venison....or bison.... I'm gonna have to try it one of these days..... my surgeon talked positively about some of the alternative meats.

I positively love both of those meats! I use bison all the time, and venison when someone kills a deer, lol..
