Sadly though, we do not all know.

But I will not say it and let someone else make you rip your wig off!  :}

Do not be a tool about the toooool!!

Do not be sorry.  You get to have the grumps about something if you wanna.

I get the same way about

"muscle weighs more than fat" aaahh.... really?  1 pound of muscle weighs more than 1 pound of fat?

I *know* what they mean, but that is not what they SAID.  Then they get all "what do you think I am stupid?" Honey, all I have to go on is the words you use.  *shrug*

or if someone has been working out 2 days and "stalls" and someone else says "oh you are probably gaining muscle"

And I think DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO GAIN MUSCLE!!!????

But you know, you gotta pick your aneurysm, if you can. :}

But there are still some things I do not use my best control and my big mouth/fingers blurt out stuff.  Meh.  Comes with skin.

I read that when people start weight training that the body retains water in the muscles to help rebuild them, and that's what the gain is about.  When you only have a scale to go by it sure can be frustrating but in the end it's worth it!

LOL! It's okay. Still that phase doesnt click for some. It didn't click for me until about a 6 weeks ago. Now I'm making my sleeve work for me! Can you think of something else that we could use instead of this phase?
