Hi neighbor! I live in Tustin! ;)
The protein shakes from Costco are pretty good and 30 grams each of protein! Saying that it was pretty tough getting one of those in today, but I also ate greek yoghurt that has protein and milk too. I just got home yesterday, had surgery Monday, it is quite the journey! if you want to get together for coffee, or protein shake let me know, I will be happy to share my story so far! :)

I had my surgery at Orange Coast Memorial in Fountain Valley, awesome, even had my own suite! My surgeon was Dr. Ali, again awesome! Orange Coast has its own bariatric group there of 4 surgeons, all the support groups and nutrition groups are there too, very good. They have been doing weightloss surgery for years there, sleeve is the newer kid on the block, but Dr. Ali had done about 100 and says it is an easier surgery than bypass so not a problem. I will add you as a friend.
