Today is the anniversary of my RNY. 14 years have passed. WOW. It's been quite a ride and I would do it all over again. I reached my goal about 6 months after surgery. I lost 135 pounds and haven't regained a pound . I have made bad choices as far as nsaids and slacking on vitamins but all in all I am thankful

Thanks for sticking around and showing folks regain in not inevitable. With so many stories of regain its sometimes feels like the success are needles in a haystack.

Congratulations Kathy!

It is inspiring to hear that some can do this without regain... even in the long run!

You've done a remarkable job and you should be proud of yourself

Thanks for sharing! It's so good to hear of long term success. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I'm far more concerned about my long term success than my day to day losses while in the weight loss stage.

Do you still track your food intake? Any idea what your macros are on average?
