The other day I felt a knot on my front and it scared me. It was the bottom of my rib cage. Yay I can feel my ribs.

Knee caps are an awesome find, too!  I can relate to your finding your ribs.  I'm fighting breast cancer and going through chemo.  I found a new lump and told my doctor.  She examined it, smiled, and said it was a rib.  I was relieved and laughed.  I told her it had been decades since I had felt my ribs.
