if you are using MY fitness pal, you have to scroll to the bottom and click on nutrition- it will give you the break out

My fitness pal lets you change some of the nutrients it shows - even in the free version.  Of course, the paid version lets you customize even more.

I use my fitness pal on my iPhone. When you turn the phone sideways into landscape mode it shows your totals and a breakdown by meals...
