Surgery Date

I'm new here. I have been on for about 6 weeks reading and trying to learn as much as possible. I just got the call from my Dr. office yesterday to schedule my RNY surgery! May 9!!

I am so excited and nervous at the same time. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me!

Congrats! The time will fly by. Start making those important changes now. Log all of your food, don't drink for 30 minutes after eating, eat low carb, high protein, etc.

I find that planning all of my meals helps me to stay on plan.
