Recommendation for a Bariatric Center in New Jersey or New York

I have just moved from Switzerland and work in Wall Street, NY and live in West Orange, NJ. I am 1 year post-op and need a Bariatric Center where I can do my follow-up visits. I would appreciate it if you can give me a referral to a clinic close to work or my home.
