I lost a 10yr old!

I am 5 days away from 3mos out of RNY and I have lost 70lbs since my highest weight. THAT IS LIKE REMOVING A 10yr OLD CHILD FROM MY BODY! WOWZA!

I feel so good! Sometimes I still get worried about losing the weight and have fear of sliding into old habits down the road or regain but then I stop and look at what I have accomplished so far and I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!

Congrats! And way to get the monkey (also up to 70 lbs) off your back! :) I can imagine you're excitement and you have every reason to be proud.

I hear you, I am at 65 lbs (3 months post op yesterday).

I picked up a 55 lb bag of dog food the other day, and I could not believe how much I had lost.

HW: 440.5 RNY 2/18 (Feb - 27, Mar -21, Apr -11, May -15.5, Jun - 12, Jul -14.5, Aug -9, Sept -11, Oct 6.2)

Thank you! I have never been successful with dieting and exercise alone, this tool is helping me so much and I feel incredible receiving kudos on losing weight! THank you so much!
