Liquid calcium citrate

The only liquid I could find is Calcium Citrate with Magnesium

Is this ok to take?

I use Solgar liquid calcium citrate, it has magnesium and D3 in it as well.  I take 3 doses a day, and I do fine with it. ( I also take 1 BA chewable a day. ) 

My surgeon's practice is fine with me taking it, but check with your nut or dietician or surgeon to make sure.
