If you're tired of chicken and turkey, why not eat something else? How about beans? Veggie burgers? Tofu? Fish?

Best advice: Chili...it's been my favorite since 2 weeks post-op and a year later, still liking chili and don't tire of it like other foods. Maybe because there is such a variety of chili recipes out there-- www.allrecipes.com to find many. I have used ground chicken, ground turkey, hamburger, soy, or vegetarian. I make a batch, freeze in 1/2 cup containers, and thaw whenever. Another bit of best advice: pre-portion your serving size. (I could easily eat more than 1/2 cup, but don't) Pre-measuring keeps me compliant....mindful eating forever.
I really like Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Turkey Sloppy joes is one of the items on my meal plan this week, I'm having them with sweet potato chips that I'm making in the oven, turkey meat loaf, turkey or chicken meatballs and spaghetti squash, chicken Parmesean and spaghetti squash, lemon Herb roasted chicken and lemon asparagus. Marinated chicken wings on the grill.... Go on Pinterest, I get tons of my recipes from there
We have always done a lot of beef. chicken can be touch and go for me at times. Same with eggs. Some other simple things would be refried beans with cheese and taco sauce, ricotta cheese with spaghetti sauce, seafood, or even tuna fish. But here a few recipes that I tend to use for things not beef.
