My Dr sent me a notice my D is low and B12. I am adjusting my schedule and changing up the vitamins I take. Can you tell me how this looks to you. I deliver papers in the middle of the night so I am up from 3-5am and go back to bed.

That schedule is fine. However, you need another dose of calcium - the ASMBS says we need 1500 to 2000 mg a day.
You can add the D3 wherever you want. What was your vitamin D level?
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
I don't remember what it was but thanks I will add in the calcium and the D at lunch time.
Thank you Kelly!
