STALL!!!

I have hit the infamous 3 week stall. I am trying big to freak out and just keep with the program. Just wanted to put it out there.

You know what to expect and when it happened to me, I had to put the scale away and not weigh except for 1 time a week. I stalled for nearly 3 weeks, then the weight started coming off again. Hang in there!!

Lapband surgery in 2009 -  Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

One thing that did help me was to search the three week stall.There are so many people who have had it happen and it made me feel better.

Just another milestone.  I try not to weigh myself every day without much success.  I finally figured that I will only document it once a week--Sunday usually.  That has helped me.

Eh, you knew it was coming, hang in there. No freaking out, you have gone through to much and working hard to get this far!

(Not sure that helps but hopefully made ya smile. But as many said. It happens, just hang in there)

Keep going....it helped me to increase my protein a little bit...I seemed to stall every three weeks but the weight came off in chunks after that, and most of the time i stayed level, with large chunks of rapid loss. Hang in there and keep doing the deal. it will work.
