It is, but in the grand scheme of things, it's a cake-walk... you can do it. Do you use Unjury chicken soup powder? When you're fed up with sweet shakes it's a nice change of pace.

You've already well and truly started. Have been noticing some posts from you about the challenges of losing weight whilst not living in your own home and how you've dealt with that. In addition, you've been here doing your research and seemed to have already lost quite a bit of weight pro-op. Sure you will do more than fine.

Thank you all very much!! My pre op diet wasn't bad at all. And the unjury chicken flavor is a nice break from the sweet shakes :) As for have faced some challenges along the way.....most definitely but its all about determination!! Again thank you all and see you on the losing side

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
