Vets- keep posting pics!

I love to see the pics of everyone-- such an inspiration and really helps us newbies stay focused especially during some rough days!  It makes me happy to see all the people that have given themselves this gift and are enjoying life so much more--

I love progress pictures too.  It gives it perspective for sure.

I think it's very important to take pics before during and after. There was a long time when what i saw in the mirror was not reality I still thought i was heavier than i was because it's what my brain saw. Comparing the pics side by side made a huge difference!

I used to weigh 400 lbs and could barely move.

Oh..WTH..here's another one..  doing 2 things I said "I'd never do"..take a pic of myself, in a dressing room mirror AND make a "duck face" pic (just hate those)...BUT...that dress, in a resale shop, was a size MEDIUM...yes, my understanding peeps, I said MEDIUM..I have never had a medium ANYTHING on/in my body...even my steak has to be medium WELL...plus the dress was only $4....Thx for letting me relive another AW moment...
