Chia Seeds
I forgot I still have some. I was putting a tablespoon or so in a cup with milk and letting it sit for a bit. I kinds of gels up and is like a pudding. I would put a little sugar free syrup in there and it was a little treat. I started doing that because someone said it was a good way to deal with constipation and it did help. I'm going to have some tonight.

Thanks so much for getting back with me about your use of chia seeds. I'm going to start using mine tomorrow! December 17th will be my 4 year anniversary date for my RNY. For some reason, I've gained 10 pounds during the past couple of months. I think that my craving for sweets has returned and I seem to be hungry a lot of the time. I'm not drinking enough water either. I hope that this chia seeds will make me feel full longer and give me more protein and fiber.
