But tomorrow's a new day
Today I have had some major stress going on and I was way over on my calories for the day. I didn't make it to the gym due to car trouble because I could of really used it lol. Then I figured I would do the Wii and get my workout in and bam a house full of kids and no room. But tomorrow is a new day and car is fixed so I am on it first thing in the morning :) I am not being to hard on myself because in 6 months I have stuck to it wonderfully so tomorrow is a new day!!
Life definitely has a way of throwing curveballs when you least want them, so it's really great that you're adopting a positive mind-set early on!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
Today the mood isn't any better as of yet but will get that way soon :) I went to watch Turbo with my daughter and it was super cute. Then I was off to the gym for a two hour workout. I am in need of making sure my calorie intake is higher because I have been maintaining instead of losing. Thank you ladies for the encouragement
