trouble with bloating
It is most likely diet related. Gluten, dairy, beans, some vegetables etc, may cause more or less gas depends on as person. Sugar alcohols are known to do that (I can't even have chewing gum). If I eat something that gives me gas (i.e. gluten -it may take 2 days before I feel normal - the thing that irritates my gut needs to clean my system)
