NSV before my surgery

So I got my date yesterday and have been admittedly going to the gym everyday since the 1st of October and I love it. This morning my daughter and I got up and went together and we first swam and then she ask if we could go play basketball. I was kinda freaked out because I haven't played in many years and I found myself breaking a run to catch the ball with her =) Yes it was for short periods of time but I did it!! I also was able to ride the stationary bike for 4.5 miles ( haven't been on any kind of bike in 20 years)!! I am super excited since I have lost almost 40 pounds since May without surgery and being able to do these things that once I have the surgery their will not be anything that stands in my way!!

You will be amazed at what you will be able to do as the weight comes off. A year ago I couldn't imagine walking 3 miles and today I walKed 3 miles in 36 minutes. What a journey!

Congrats to you!! That is amazing. I want to be able to participate in my daughter's 5k that she will be doing in June. I already walk about two miles at least four times a week and just got my membership to the YMCA and love it. I have noticed that the more active I am the more active my family is which makes me want to move it move it lol 

You go girl! You are going to be so ready for your surgery!
