If your trying to make it fit for your avatar, i upload mine to photobucket, then resize it to 100x100 or as close as i can get to that since that is the biggest you can make them for it.
open OH in a webpage, then just click on your avatar, you can either upload it from the webpage. or you can save it to your albums and upload it that way.
