I don't know what jawbone is but I am totally obsessed with the stats I get from my fitbit. I've worn a fitbit for 2.5 years and have walked over 6500 mile. I have had several versions of fitbits. Love them all.

lol, I've been researching the very same thing! And so far everything I've seen says the fitbit is the way to go. :)

Love my Fitbit! It helps keep me accountable, syncs up with MFP and is easy to wear. I clip it to my bra and go. So glad I got it.

Jawbone is great,it is just a bracelet you wear . In several color . Not too expensive.check the jawbone website.cause if you have a smart phone it may synchronize with it.and syncs with my fitness pal.

I have had both.  Prefer Jawbone on wrist, like tracking trends, etc.

I have the Fitbit Flex, and I love it.  It does not sync with my android phone, but that doesn't bother me.  I have a syncing dongle at home and one at work, so I'm good.  I love that I can wear it on my wrist, and I bought the extra wristbands so I can wear different colors.
