So pissed at myself

Here I am Sitting in the bathroom of a restaurant hoping to throw up because I ate too fast. I'm 5 mos post op so I know better! GRRR

That sucks. I never sit hoping to throw up. Did you get the foamies? or just feel like you need to purge from eating to fast? I know when I get the foamies I just try to breathe and wait for it to pass.

Hope your feeling better soon. I've made mistakes myself. And I know better. Like had a sweet alcohol beverage, made me so sick . Just know tomorrow is a new day, to make better choices. Take care

I went out on Friday when my parents were in town. My mouth started watering so I ran to the restroom. I only spit at the toilet, thank God. Don't know why I didn't foam or throw up.

Thankfully I didn't throw up. the walking to the bathroom was all I needed I guess the food just needed to move. :-)
