Packing for Hospital

So what are some must haves while staying in the hospital.  I read lip balm is at the top of the list.  Any other suggestions.?

I was glad I had a robe and slippers for all those walks I was taking. I also wanted a comb, toothbrush, and toothpaste. You'll want super comfy clothes for the ride home and don't forget a pillow to cushion your abdomen on the way home. My iPhone was good to have. Wasn't up to reading magazines.

I was really happy to have my own comfy PJs.  That  hospital gown wasn't working for me.  Something that buttons up the front is easiest. I also enjoyed my  I-Pod.

I was frozen in the hospital ....sent my husband back home for a warm blanket

I second that! Bring a comfy blanket and maybe even your own pillow.

Smart phone. Book. CPAP mask (if you use/need one). Lip balm would have been good.

If you have a favorite blanket, pillow, stuffed animal (yes, 37 years old and I had a stuffed animal with me).

The only things I used of my own were my own pj's, phone and my clothes for the ride home. Hospital provides things like comb, toothpaste, etc and deodorant.
