protein shakes

Hello I had my surgery on july 16th and I can shake protein shakes on Wednesday and I was wondering if anyone has tried the pure protein shakes I saw them on amazon lots of flavors and 35 grams protein and like 110-120 calories would this be a good one there are so many brands to choose from and suggestions ? Thanks

Haven't heard of that one but I use GNCs Total Lean that are 25g of protein. I really like them. I'm pre op right now so I do 3 a day. They have a deal of buy 1 get 1 half off plus being a gold card member saves you even more. Their premade vanilla bean is AWESOME!

As long as they are whey isolate Its really a personal choice as your tastes will change after surgery. 

Syntrax Chocolate Truffle and Mint Cookie powders are amazing!! You can get them on Amazon.

These are both my favorites too! My mint cookie shake is the favorite thing that I eat or drink all day.

I just ordered  the Syntrex Cappuccino flavor . It had awesome reviews .  Check out Syntrex Nectar on Amazon and read the reviews. 

I  get  my  Protein  drinks  from  GNC ...  I  like  the  ISOPURE  protein  powder  calories 210 for  2 big  scoops  zero carbs ,1 fat ....50 g of  protein  ... flavors  I  have  tried  are , chocolate , van , strawberry..

The  other one  I  buy  that  keep  on  hand  is  from GNC  Pure  Protein  35  grams  of  Proein  4 carb  grams .. I  m 8  years  out  and have  to  watch  my  carbs  very  closely ..  Chocolate , vanilla ..

If  you  search  the  net  other  places  carry  them  other  than  GNC  and  some  places  are  cheaper  and  free  shipping..  

I have been very happy with premier protein shakes that I got at Sam's club. They have 30 grams of protein and come in chocolate and vanilla.  A box of 12 shakes costs about  $19.00 dollars. It is probably more cost effective to buy protein powder, but I like the convenience of grabbing one and putting it in my cooler bag to have when I need it .

I love Synthrex Nectar fuzzy navel for the am... Just like a glass of OJ.. Ok, not just like, but as close as we can get! Lol! I've tried the Pure ones, they leave my tongue feeling a bit 'fuzzy' not sure how to explain that more for ya tho.
