Help! I need some motivation...be nice, mean, insult me...something!!! Get me off my...
OMGosh...what the heck is wrong with me??? I cannot seem to get motivated and get back to the gym!
I was going regularly several days a week, then cut down to 2 or 3, broke a toe and stopped going. Now, my toe is better and I cannot seem to get up off of my butt! Seriously, my tailbone is hurting because I have become addicted to Netflix, some TV shows, facebook, and whatever else I've found to do while sitting.
My daughter has started with volleyball practice 6 days a week, she was my exercise partner most times that I went, so I use that as an excuse. I will plan to drop her off at practice, then go onto the gym while she is there, then pick her up after my workout. That hasn't worked, because I make all sorts of excuses to not do it...have to grocery shop, bathe the dogs, clean house...something.
I am so very close to getting under 200 pounds. The last time I weighed, I was 201. Am I subconsciously sabotaging my progress?
I have to go have some labwork done today, then take my daughter to her practice. I WILL go to the gym when I drop her off! ...maybe?

How about, if I promise you that you will feel GREAT after going?
You can come back on here and tell us you went (in a new thread entitled - I DID IT, NOW WHERE'S MY CONGRATULATONS, *****ES? - and we'll pat you on the back and tell you how proud we all are for you being a poster child for RNY?
So, I EXPECT to see that post later on today ... or else, mean old sanctimonious biddy will come down on your couch sitting ass!
Deal?

How about you go to the gym today. How about you go, and stay for at least 10 minutes. If you wanna leave after 10 minutes, and go grocery shopping or watch Netflix or whatever, then do that. But just go for 10 minutes.
You can do anything for just 10 minutes, right?
