Hey, about 6 months ago a man had made a video showing why we should NOT drink with our meals. Does anyone remember this video or who the man was? I have a friend just starting this journey and I really wanted her to see it, but I can't remember his name? It was a great video he made in his own kitchen.....with applesauce in a funnel or strainer.... Thanks.....

Great visual of why it is so important not to drink with meals. Even a sip or two makes a big difference.

So that's why my lap band didnt work. Amazing how something so small could made such a difference.
