I know that alot of our success comes from logging our food intake. I am due for my surgery in 3 weeks and trying to get everything in order. What do you all use to log your vitamin, liquid and food intake? Thanks for sharing.

When I log my food, which I don't do all the time, I just do it on a piece of paper.

I use My Fitness Pal. I don't like that it only logs cups of water, not ounces. I keep track of my weight on there too. They have a website in case you don't have a smartphone.

Like others have said, I've used My Fitness Pal, but it was too easy for me to enter my info, and ignoring the outcome. Writing it down has been better for me. I use a tracker I purchased from Barnes & Noble called "DietMinder- Personal Food & Fitness Journal". I'm sure there are others that are good too, but this is easier for myself, the registered dietician and the surgeon to review. it's there, in front of my face and handwriting it makes it more "real" for me..but that's just me

Thanks, All. I downloaded the My Fitness Pal app. Looks simple and I can take it anywhere I go. I am sort like Poet Kelly, tho. I love to write things down on paper. We'll see how it goes. I used to be on WW (lifetime member) you know how that goes - up, down, up down. Anyway, I did the best when I journaled using their little journals they give out at the weekly weigh ins. Once all these apps appeared, I quick using them and here I am, up 60. Grrh
