11 months out and losing weight faster than ever?!?
I hit 11 months out yesterday and although I weigh myself everyday, I only record it once a week. So yesterday was recording day. I lost 5.5 lbs last week. Today I weigh myself and I have lost an additional 1.5 lbs. A total of 7 lbs in 8 days! I'm happy for the loss, but a little concerned that it was so quick being so far out. Should I be concerned? I have not hit a plateau as of yet, although for about two months I was only losing 1.5 lbs per week, so it did slow. I haven't changed my eating habits or exercise habits and other than the virus I had the other day (it only lasted about 12 hours) I haven't been sick. So I'm wondering if this is cause for concern? What say you?
Immediately go in to hiding... all of those people who are always posting about how slow they are losing are going to find you... just kidding :)
I would say that if it's only been a few days and you feel ok wait it out. If you happen to lose 30 pounds in a month maybe that would be more of a cause for concern. Maybe this is just a gift from the weight loss gods.
One other thought... is it hot and have you been outside? Maybe you're sweating more, even though you're not exercising more?
Ha! Yes we are!!
I don't think I'd worry about and like Jennifer said....if it was more than you lost in the beginning there might be cause for concern but maybe your body is finally agreeing with all the positive changes and giving you a reward....Take it sista! I'm 13 months out and I'm going back and forth with 3 pounds and it's about to drive me to drink! LOL kidding.
Take care,
Sherry
