Adding Commentary under my Ticker

I am trying to add commentary, like banded in 2009, revision to RNY August 13, 2013 under my little ticker on my signature page, but can't seem to figure it out.  Any help is appreciated.

Go to "My Account" then from the menu on the left "Settings" then from the menu on the top click the "Message Board" it should bring up your ticker and a box underneath that to type your info in. I hope this helps!

I had to change browsers before I could get anything to work for me.

I see the signature box where I SHOULD be able to add commentary, but it doesn't let me...  Oh, well - I will try to figure it out or send a help to message center.
