The potential deficiencies documented by the ASMBS and recommended for monitoring are:
B1, B6, B12, folate, iron, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, zinc, and protein
However, the list varies further by surgery; not all procedures have the same risks for deficiencies in the same nutrients. Additionally, deficiencies for several of these are considered "rare" so a surgeon may in their judgment forego regular testing in the absence of related symptoms.
If there isn't already, there should be something permanent and easy to find with this info, and the range of healthy results.
