Pudding sugar free

I am just able to start eating sugar free pudding and I have ate about halt of the cup and still feel like I could eat the other half I'm going into my second week post-op what advice can I get from u guys thy say my pouch is 33cc how much is that?

Your pouch is about 2 ounces.  I will get larger as time passes, though.

pudding is a "slider" food -- something that just slides out of your pouch into the intestine -- so it s easy to eat much more of it. Many soft foods are sliders, so it is especially important to measure portions.

I am almost 3 weeks post-op and can usually eat 3/4 of a cup of yogurt or pudding. I have just been taking it easy. Also I'd like to recommend freezing the pudding for an ice cream-like treat! It is magical!

Also, the nerves in your stomach have been cut, so you won't feel full right away right now. You'll feel it when you've eaten to much! Better to measure.
