Bypassing lowest post-op weight
When I weighed myself, I found out that I am officially beyond my lowest post-op weight of 262 lbs after re-gaining a little under 40 lbs. Now that this mini-goal is reached, I can work towards the next, onederland. I am working on purging my closet and I plan to make sure none of my larger sizes stay.
Excellent!! Good for you!! At this far out it is harder to lose, but you can do it!!
I have also gotten rid of my "just in case" clothes and that definitely helps. I cannot afford to buy a new wardrobe so I have to keep the weight off
