I don't always get in my full amount of water for the day.  I have tried crystal lite and enjoy that, but was wondering if we can count other beverages towards our daily goal (ex, decaf coffee, tea, mlk).

My surgeon's rule was that if you could easily consume it via a straw it was a liquid.

I count all liquids.  I don't know why you wouldn't.
