you have to go to www.myfitnesspal.com/username and replace username with, you know, the actual user name. then click the add friend thing from their profile page.

i'm thethr33 if any one wants to add me.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
