My surgery is in the AM. Managed to get my two middle kids through high school graduation this past weekend. I'm about 9lbs down from my liquid diet. I'm nervous and excited and all the normal stuff. I find my self getting teary eyed when ever I talk to my kids. Wish me luck. I'll post when I'm out! And be stalking the boards and photos on blogs between now and then!

This is going to be AWESOME and remember, if you are in pain, WALK, WALK, WALK!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
