Have you guys ever tried the stuff? I got some to help with the south end as it seems to not be moving along very well. the Activia has 10g of sugar but I tried it and WOW did I feel bad afterwards. Is that from the sugar and fruit in it?

Try activia light, it's better for sugar and calories.

Had a Key Lime Activia this morning for breakfast...try to have once or twice a week but they are a nice change...have been eating them since I started soft foods and never had a problem. Good luck...

I'm safe on 9 g or less. Anything above that is a crap shoot. Sometimes fine sometimes not.
