Has this ever happened to you?

I was sitting at my computer surfing away. It was about 9 PM. The last thing I ate was a pear at 7 PM. I am a year out from RNY. I last exercised at around 6 Pm. Was just sipping sime MIO flavored water when out of the clear blue I became nauseated. Went to the water closet and had dry heaves for what seemed like 10 minutes. An hour later I was back to sipping the same MIO water and  had no further nausea. 

 

This is really weird for me, anyone else get nausea out of nowhere?

 

 

I do that all the time. Heck sometimes just thinking about eating make feel like that. I am not sure why it happens. I dont get sick from eating very often.

Could you be pregnant?

Liver - and GB issue ... in the past - made me feel like that...
