Of course you can reach your goal! HAVING A BABY IS GREAT! Congrats!
Just wondering. How far out after surgery did you get pregnant? How much did you lose? How much to go?
I would meet with my doctor to discuss what he would suggest. If not, go back to diet plan and follow it: high and water intake with exercise.

Of course you can still lose weight. It may not be an easy as it was in the beginning, but you can lose weight no matter how far out you are.
