nooooo energy
granted i have been working the past 12 days straight and usually leave home by 7am and get home between 730-930pm... i am sooooo pooped. i get in all my protein, my liquids, and my vitamins.... even a click with caffeine When i get home if its 730 or 930 i just crash and wake up the next morning and do it all over again I am off sunday and monday but i really need some kind of ideas for maybe foods or drinks that can give me an extra kick.... help please.....
It's going to be time that will give you more energy. You've had a major surgery just a few weeks ago, your body has been through a lot. Take some time as you can to rest.
If I recall correctly I had a big burst of energy at around 8 weeks out.

Bless your heart-that schedule would wear ANYONE out (whether having had surgery or not). Is work just extra busy right now? Will it lighten up? That will probably help you more than anything (a lighter load at work).
